Job Summary
Analyst, Sales Operations for the EMEA region based in Antwerp, Belgium. You will support monthly sales forecasts, monitor the orderbook (including aged orders), prepare regular sales reports, and assist Channel Sales in improving orderbook conversion. You’ll maintain customer master data in SAP, set up and update sales order entry tools, handle day-to-day sales requests, and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams. The role involves training and guiding Sales teams on tools and processes, working with stakeholders across an international environment, and leveraging Excel, SAP, and Power BI to analyze data and report on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data, Statistics, Maths or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
- Strong attention to detail and interest in working with data and reports
- Structured way of working with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in sales operations and business processes
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, or sales support
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP or Power BI is a plus
- Proactive attitude and ownership of tasks
