Analyst, Sales Operations (EMEA)

Analyst, Sales Operations for the EMEA region in Antwerp, Belgium, focused on supporting Sales teams through accurate reporting, orderbook follow-up, and coordination of key sales processes to help achieve sales targets for Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling. Responsibilities include: preparing monthly sales forecasts and tracking performance against targets; monitoring the orderbook and assisting with cancellations and pull-forwards; preparing regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly); working with Channel Sales to improve orderbook conversion; maintaining customer master data in SAP; assisting with setup and updates of sales order entry tools; handling day-to-day sales requests with timely responses; supporting process improvements and ensuring coordination with other functions; and training sales teams on tools and processes. Skills: eager to learn, organized, comfortable with data and stakeholders; strong Excel knowledge; familiarity with SAP or Power BI is a plus; strong attention to detail, structured workflow, good communication, and ability to work in an international environment.
