Analyst, Sales Operations (EMEA)

Analyst, Sales Operations for the EMEA region responsible for supporting Sales teams through accurate reporting, orderbook follow-up, and coordination of key sales processes to help achieve sales targets and business objectives for Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling. You will support monthly sales forecasts, track performance against targets, monitor the orderbook (including aged orders) and assist with cancellations and pull-forwards, prepare regular sales reports, work with Channel Sales teams to improve orderbook conversion, maintain customer master data in SAP, and help with setup and updates of sales order entry tools. You will handle day-to-day sales requests, contribute to process improvements, and train/guide Sales teams on tools and processes. Fluency in English, strong data/Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an international environment are required. A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data, Statistics, Maths or a related field is a plus, but experience and motivation are equally valued. Basic exposure to reporting, data analysis, or sales support activities, and knowledge of SAP or Power BI are desirable.
