Job Summary
Analyze sales data, validate data across CRM, reporting tools, and internal systems to ensure accuracy; partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support data requests and provide insights for business decisions; assist in building and improving reporting processes, data models, and analytical frameworks; support the calculation of monthly and quarterly sales commissions in alignment with compensation plans and company policies; drive continuous improvement, meet deadlines, and resolve inquiries related to commission accuracy; analyze sales trends, compensation outcomes, and data variances to support decisions; maintain field sales budgets and document reporting logic for transparency and audit readiness; support ad hoc sales strategy and analytics projects; handle other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience required
- 1-2 years of professional experience working in sales commission, sales operations, finance, operations or revenue reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Understanding of sales cycles, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Legal Authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship)
