Job Summary
Analyst, Sales Finance responsible for applying financial analysis, data modeling, and sales forecasting to support the Sales teams. Develop and maintain financial models for revenue/expense forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; provide regular management reports and profitability analyses; monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities; collaborate cross-functionally to drive initiatives; build dashboards and reports to inform decision-making in a primarily in-person Cleveland, OH setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, sales analysis, or related field
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with sales forecasting and analysis preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
