Job Summary
Enter risk data in OpenPages, track and report on issues/actions, and challenge root cause analysis. Ensure business compliance with PGIM and Enterprise policies, monitor tracking metrics, and define, develop, and maintain PGIM-specific policies and standards. Create and maintain PGIM-wide risk reporting dashboards, provide formal monthly/quarterly reporting to senior management and the Risk Management Committee, and act as advisors for Finance and Human Resources change projects. Serve as the point of contact for Enterprise requests and PGIM Risk Teams. Requires 2-3 years of experience in consulting, auditing, or operational risk management, with PowerBI knowledge. Hybrid 2/3 days in the Letterkenny office.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in consulting, auditing, operations, or operational risk management
- Product knowledge in the financial services or asset management industry
- Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to ask good questions and connect concepts
- Working knowledge of PowerBi and creating reports
