Job Summary
Enter risk data in OpenPages and track issues/actions to ensure business compliance with PGIM and Enterprise policies. Define, maintain, and standardize PGIM-specific risk frameworks, including methodologies for risk events, KRIs, and models. Create and maintain PGIM-wide risk dashboards and thematic insights, providing formal monthly and quarterly reporting to senior management and the Risk Management Committee. Act as a first-line advisor for Finance and Human Resources on change projects and risk-related issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise requests and coordinate with PGIM Risk Teams. Requires 2-3 years of experience in operational risk management and Power BI. Hybrid 2/3 days in the Letterkenny office.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in consulting, auditing, operations, or operational risk management
- Product knowledge in the financial services or asset management industry
- Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to ask good questions and connect concepts
- Working knowledge of PowerBi and creating reports
- Hybrid 2/3 days in the office
