Analyst, RGM - Commercial Insights

Analyst to support Pandora’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda by identifying commercial opportunities, translating business needs into analytical approaches, and delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end analytical deep-dives on pricing, promotions, assortment and performance management; developing and maintaining scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks; supporting RGM communications and internal insights; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across RGM to translate business needs into actionable analyses; translating findings into executive-ready narratives; presenting insights to stakeholders (including senior leadership); supporting strategic projects and leadership discussions through structured problem-solving; and contributing to the development of Pandora’s RGM analytics capabilities. The role requires strong communication, ownership mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to present analytical insights clearly to senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), strong PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with Python or R is a plus. The position will be based at Pandora’s head office in Copenhagen, Denmark, with an emphasis on in-person collaboration and contributing to analytics capabilities across the organization.
