Retail capital markets Analyst role based in Sydney CBD focusing on campaign preparation, market research and financial analysis of retail assets. Responsibilities include provision of financial/cash flow modelling, coordinating due diligence and lease reviews, analysing market information, managing data sources, developing the opportunity pipeline, and preparing client progress reports. Skills sought include advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project), strong communication, understanding of the local retail property market and ability to meet milestones.
