Job Summary
Operational Resilience Standards Analyst based in London to support development and maintenance of resilience standards, methodologies, and frameworks aligned with PRA/FCA guidance and DORA. You will help produce and maintain core framework artefacts (IBS/CIF definitions, impact tolerance methodologies, guidance materials), document resilience requirements across technology, third-party relationships, and people management, and manage IBS/CIF inventories and governance processes. The role includes analyzing resilience vulnerabilities, tracking remediation actions, maintaining audit trails for regulatory reviews, engaging stakeholders across business units to apply resilience standards in processes, embedding resilience into governance structures, and contributing to updates of standards, procedures, and supporting documentation. The ideal candidate brings GCSEs (with A Levels preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, with a proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to operate in a multi-jurisdictional regulatory environment.
Required Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in core academic subjects
- A Levels (or equivalent) preferred
- experience in resilience or risk-related role is advantageous but not essential
