Job Summary
Process Renewal Adjustments and Renewal Special Adjustments accurately and within defined timelines. Review and acknowledge Notice to Vacate requests as per established procedures. Generate and validate Large Balance Notices to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain data accuracy and update relevant systems and records. Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards and (SLAs). Collaborate with internal teams to resolve process-related queries and exceptions. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while meeting productivity and quality targets. Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives. Partnering with internal and external businesses and stakeholders to rapidly unlock value for our customers, PES delivers with excellence and ownership, enabling scalable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations, property management support, lease administration, customer service or a similar business process environment
- Proven experience interacting with US-based stakeholders or clients adhering to US business practices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in handling process-driven tasks, data accuracy, stakeholder communication and working with standard operating procedures
- Strong knowledge and Experience in the Real Estate industry
- Experience in process Renewal Adjustments and Renewal Special Adjustments
