Job Summary
Develop annual budgets for projects, perform variance analyses, and review pro-forma financial models for generation assets. Author investor and lender reports on project performance, manage cash flow forecasting, and conduct financial analyses of aftermarket improvements. Collaborate with operations engineering to evaluate performance, coordinate with O&M staff on repairs, and participate in vendor contract negotiations from solicitation to final agreement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project agreements including Power Purchase Agreements, Operating Agreements, Credit Agreements, and O&M Agreements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline with Finance or Accounting coursework, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and eligibility to work in the United States. Base pay ranges from $70,000 to $82,000 USD with a 15% annual bonus.
