Job Summary
Create documents and presentations, prepare budgets and meeting agendas, and take notes in Strategy and Departmental meetings. Assist with identifying development prospects and support developers in meetings while effectively handling confidential data and sensitive information. Track department key performance indicators, provide recommendations to improve metrics, and identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements. Work with cross-functional groups to gather and document process and system improvement requirements, utilizing project management skills to develop and implement these enhancements. Travel as needed, anticipated 25-50% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Travel as needed, anticipated 25-50% of the time
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
- Professional, able to maintain confidential information and team oriented
- Desire and aptitude to learn and understand the Energy/ Utilities Industry
- Familiarity with renewable project development, real estate development, transmission OR power project engineering with a desire to learn more
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to prioritize assignments, multi-task, and re-prioritize assignments as needed
- Strong initiative and focused on process improvement
- Ability to work in an amorphous environment
