Job Summary
Analyst, Reconciliations role handling daily stock and cash reconciliations across multiple systems for Powerwrap, SMA scheme accounts, and custodians. Involves processing dividends, distributions, interest income, and corporate actions (e.g., rights issues, capital returns); calculating and processing managed fund rebates; and liaising with outsourced teams to resolve queries. Requires a tertiary business-related degree, funds-management/custody experience, familiarity with IPS (IRESS) and Praemium advantageous, strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative communication. Hybrid work arrangement (home 4 days, office 1 day) with training in-office; permanent full-time role withSalary bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in a business-related discipline
- Background in funds management, platforms, or custody environments
