Job Summary
Analyze UK and European real estate companies by gathering data from press releases, management meetings, property tours, and sell-side research to maintain financial, geographic, and ESG models. Produce reports and meeting packs, update portfolio databases, and record trades while disseminating coverage insights verbally and in writing to Portfolio Managers. This role supports CenterSquare Investment Management's global real estate securities strategies, offering a path toward portfolio manager for those with strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for investing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree, preferably from a top university
- 0-2 years of experience in the investment management industry
- 0-2 years of experience in a highly analytical role elsewhere
- Independent thinker
