Job Summary
Analyst –Quoting responsible for preparing accurate, competitive customer quotations and ensuring pricing governance and compliance, including quoting and pricing operations, RFP/bid support, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, ONQT, and other teams. You will validate inputs, use CPQ and pricing tools, manage revisions, and maintain documentation and data quality while supporting pricing policies, SLAs, and continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Experience with quoting/pricing tools (e.g., CPQ)
- Understanding pricing, cost structures, and commercial terminology
- Customer-focused and quality-driven mindset
- Process-oriented with ownership and accountability
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining timelines and accuracy
- Team player with collaborative working style
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
