Job Summary
Support Analyst IT – Quality providing first and second-level IT application support for LIMS, Polarion, and Sustainability tools in a 4-day-per-week onshore Hyderabad role; responsibilities include incident resolution, user training, change-management coordination, data accuracy and regulatory compliance, collaboration with vendors, and maintenance of knowledge base to drive stable, compliant Quality IT operations across lab, regulatory, and manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in IT application support
- Hands-on knowledge of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
- Polarion (ALM/QA platform)
- Sustainability applications (e.g., ESG reporting, carbon/waste tracking)
- ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
- Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in regulated industries (consumer goods, pharma, manufacturing) with focus on compliance and data governance
