Job Summary
Support Analyst IT – Quality responsible for providing first- and second-level IT application support for LIMS, Polarion, and Sustainability tools within Quality, Laboratory, Regulatory, and Manufacturing contexts. Ensure high availability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance; perform incident management, root-cause analysis, and user training; collaborate with vendors and business stakeholders to optimize workflows and reporting while avoiding development tasks. Requires experience with LIMS, Polarion, sustainability apps, ITIL-based processes, and ticketing tools; based in Hyderabad with on-site (4 days/week) support and 24x7 coverage on shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
- 4+ years IT application support experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of LIMS, Polarion, and Sustainability applications
- ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
