Job Summary
Quality Assurance Analyst to monitor inventory, update and maintain data, and support production planning within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include recording purchases and shipments, performing physical inventory counts, reconciling stock to reports, maintaining data in ERP systems, preparing documents such as work orders and shipping orders, recording shipment data for reporting and recordkeeping, developing inventory control methods, planning materials availability to support production schedules, and performing quality checks on stored inventory to discard non-conforming items. Requires high attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, ERP proficiency, mathematical/analytical abilities, manufacturing experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma plus related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Associate degree preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (filter/sort, KPI chart, calculation functions)
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Manufacturing experience
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to concentrate on detailed projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and maintain high accuracy
