Job Summary
Analyst – Quality responsible for evaluating the accuracy, compliance, and quality of FMLA and STD leave and disability claims processing. Conduct detailed audits for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence; review timelines and client-specific policies; identify defects and root causes; provide structured feedback to case managers; participate in calibration to align scoring; prepare audit reports, dashboards, and trend analyses for leadership and clients; support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews; ensure proper documentation and audit trails; contribute to continuous improvement of audit frameworks and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in BA, B.Com, BCA
- LOA/STD Claim experience preferred
- Experience with LOA claims/case management
- Strong understanding of FMLA regulations
- Audit capability with attention to detail
- MS Excel and reporting tools; Power BI preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to deliver constructive feedback and manage stakeholders
