Job Summary
Conduct primary and secondary research to collect data in the compensation and benefits domain, then cleanse, process, and validate datasets for analysis. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets to support decision-making, creating basic dashboards and reports using MS Excel. Manage project tasks and deliverables on agreed SLAs while improving processes through automation within an Agile team environment. Establish relationships with stakeholders and work independently to take ownership of projects. Requires proficiency in MS Excel and logical problem-solving skills; preferred experience includes programming in Python or R and survey programming with Qualtrics. Hybrid schedule mandates at least three days per week onsite in the Noida office.
