Job Summary
Analyst role focused on accurate setup, maintenance, and validation of investor data within CRM platforms; support transfer agency and capital activity processes (capital calls, distributions, and partner accounting); perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across investor data and transaction records; generate routine reports and collaborate with fund accounting, client servicing, and compliance to support onboarding and lifecycle maintenance; contribute to process improvements and maintain documentation in line with internal policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Relevant experience in financial services, data management, fund accounting, or investor onboarding preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
