Job Summary
Analyst responsible for working closely with cross-functional GCO and MKT teams to deliver high-quality ancillary promotional content, images, and metadata delivery pipelines across streaming platforms, linear channels, and social media. Tracks delivery status, prioritizes deadlines, troubleshoots content delivery issues, and experiences continuous process improvements by researching new technologies and optimizing existing workflows. Serves as the primary go-to resource for identifying and resolving delivery challenges while coordinating with cross-functional teams to document and optimize end-to-end content workflows. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Communications, Broadcasting or related field or equivalent working experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Media Companies
- Business acumen on media operation
- Ability to work on cross functional multi-cultural teams in a collaborative way
- Technical knowledge of media workflows and media formats
- Knowledge of postproduction workflows
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of user experience basic principles (Nice to have)
- High analytical skills (Nice to have)
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese (Nice to have)
