Job Summary
Analyst, Project responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and reporting data to support capital execution and budget expenditures using analytic applications. Works with the Project Delivery team to coordinate deliverables, resolve obstacles, forecast capital projects and spending, conduct cost analyses, review invoices and project documents, participate in bid processes, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Requires leadership, time management, organizational and multitasking abilities, strong analytical and budgeting skills, and the ability to follow regulations and policies under limited supervision. Travel to job sites and meetings may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Entry level to 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize task with frequent interruptions
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performing complex analytical tasks
- Ability to use various computer applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerBi, and SharePoint
- Ability to navigate and learn the company’s financial system
- Ability to work extended hours without notice to handle project emergencies or deadlines
- Ability to travel on occasion to job sites, team meetings, and construction kickoff meetings
- Valid driver’s license and insurability
