Analyst, Production Support

Job Summary
Prepare investment sales advisory packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions, including research, financial modeling, and composition of executive summaries. Manage the due diligence process and drive marketing and closing processes for each transaction while communicating with producers, the market, and clients. Utilize market data and comps to correctly underwrite transactions and develop financing alternatives to present to producers. Review real estate documents such as leases and loan documents to identify potential issues and assist clients in making decisions related to their business plan and capital structure. Participate in weekly office meetings to discuss deal flow, deal status, and market conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in a financial analysis environment
- Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be technically proficient in use of databases
- Must understand and review real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, etc.)
- Must be able to effectively identify what data from this system to will be useful to determine trends and for preparation for pitches and meetings
- Must be able to develop and recommend financing alternatives to present to the Producer
- Must be able to participate in weekly office meetings with Producers to discuss deal flow, deal status, market conditions and review new client leads
- Must be self-motivated
