Job Summary
Analyst, Product role within the Product Line Management team focusing on pricing insights, market sizing, and performance trends in the solar industry. Use Salesforce CPQ, Power BI, and Excel to extract, manipulate, and visualize data; develop and maintain monthly dashboards and year-over-year comparisons; investigate variances using data from multiple systems; collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to align on insights; present findings to stakeholders and leadership. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field and interest in solar/renewable energy. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM/CPQ systems is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
- Exposure to or willingness to learn Power BI and Salesforce CPQ.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
