Analyst - Procurement, Sourcing & Contracting

Analyst - Procurement, Sourcing & Contracting responsible for end-to-end purchasing for prototype parts and materials; manage POs, supplier management, Ariba sourcing, vendor invoice management (VIM) workflow, invoicing and goods receipt processes, and expediting as needed. Collaborates with Development and Technology teams, supports continuous improvements of procedures, and drives compliance with category strategy and supplier base plans. Requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Technologies, or Engineering, 1-3 years of relevant experience in supplier base management and/or sourcing & contracting, strong data management and analytical skills (advanced Excel preferred), fluency in English, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to partner with stakeholders and drive process improvements. Proximity to Budaörs, Hungary with on-site responsibilities.
