Job Summary
Develop operational plans, supervise the field team, and manage day-to-day program implementation across eight districts in Chhattisgarh. Lead the development and rollout of data reporting and monitoring & evaluation tools to track progress, while analyzing facility- and community-level datasets to inform program reviews and decision-making. Support the creation of eye-screening protocols and training materials for healthcare workers, and assist in designing forecasting and inventory management dashboards to ensure uninterrupted commodity supply. Prepare documentation for government and donor stakeholders and travel at short notice to project districts as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics/public health/business or a related field
- Minimum of two years of professional experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
- Proficiency with visualization & survey tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently on complex projects
- Ability to solve challenging problems
