Job Summary
Analyst, Practice Engagement will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of initiatives to strengthen practice partnerships and associated clinical outcomes within the Partner Engagement lane of Clinical Transformation. Responsibilities include Initiative Strategy, Project Management, and Execution (including tools, data reports/insights, and training collateral), Business-Driven Presentations with effective visuals, cross-functional teamwork with stakeholders across operations, finance, clinical, IT, and compliance, and Analysis of datasets with qualitative/quantitative research. Participation in special projects outside day-to-day scope, with duties as assigned. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience, plus strong problem-solving and analytical skills and advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency. The position offers comprehensive benefits and an open compensation range of $57,784.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated Project Management experience (1-2 years)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
- Able to read and write complex formulas in Excel
- Healthcare background, interest, or educational experiences (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (preferred)
