Job Summary
Conduct client engagements for global portfolio valuation practice, managing interactions, staffing, and work plans from initiation to completion. Build technical expertise in alternative asset valuations including DCF, comparable company, stock option, and loan models while delivering high-quality work products. Support project management tasks such as client interviewing, engagement economics, report writing, and market research. Develop deep technical strength in securities and illiquid asset valuations for hedge funds, private equity, and fund of funds. Write industry reports on emerging sectors and coverage reports on global Unicorns. Manage confidential information and mentor staff to share knowledge and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 0-2 years of valuation-related work experience in financial services
- CA, Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or equivalent thereof (e.g., CFA); or MBA from an accredited college/university
- Proven technical skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience including managing and developing client relationships as well as mentoring and developing staff
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with senior management and in front of an audience
- Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
