Job Summary
Analyst, Portfolio Management supports the portfolio management team in monitoring, analysing and managing the real estate portfolio, focusing on data-driven analysis, portfolio monitoring, financial modelling and preparation of materials to support investment decisions, portfolio optimization and capital allocation. Key activities include maintaining financial models for private funds, preparing periodic portfolio and management reporting, assisting in acquisitions/divestments through financial modelling and due diligence, supporting investor relations activities, and contributing analysis to refine investment and asset management strategies in line with long-term objectives. The role emphasizes collaboration across finance, asset management and legal teams to drive capital allocation decisions and risk-adjusted returns.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in real estate business or private equity investment role
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with solid commercial acumen
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact well across different functions and levels
- Self-motivated team player who is meticulous, detailed-oriented, organized and able to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment
