Analyst, Portfolio Management and Operations (Temporary – 12 months)

Job Summary
Compile data and generate reports leveraging IT applications like iLevel, efront, and the Data Warehouse. Reconcile data between systems and maintain investment, portfolio, and performance dashboards while performing periodic validation reviews to ensure accuracy. Consolidate financial and non-financial operating data from external sources and the Deal Team, responding to ad-hoc requests in a timely manner. Maintain data governance standards and support corporate initiatives regarding data acquisition and integration. This 12-month contract supports portfolio monitoring, reporting, and operational initiatives for the Natural Resources team, ensuring data quality across investment, financial, and ESG domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science or equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
- Highly proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Query
- Knowledge of iLevel and efront
- Previous experience in accounting, finance and private or alternative investments
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate in a fast-pace environment with a high level of autonomy
- Highly organized and multitasking skills
- Good communications skills in English and French (or willingness to learn)
- Regular interactions in English with investment partners based outside of Quebec
- Regular interactions in French with employees in local offices in Montreal and Ottawa
