Job Summary

Policy and Procedure Analyst supports the development, maintenance, and periodic review of organizational policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives. This role partners cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Compliance/Legal, Quality, HR/Learning & Development, and IT to standardize documentation, streamline workflows, support training and acknowledgement processes, and drive operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience with policy management systems or document control tools
  • Strong writing, editing and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office or Smartsheet
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
