Job Summary
Analyst to support the development and improvement of PMO workflows, systems, and processes; maintain data integrity across Jira and other tools; translate operational needs into scalable, repeatable workflows; assist in lightweight automation and AI-assisted workflow improvements; collaborate with PMO leadership and technical specialists; contribute to documentation and standardization of workflows, tools, and operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, information systems, engineering, analytics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, systems support, or a similar role (preferred)
- Exposure to structured data environments or process-driven work (e.g., Excel models, databases, workflow tools, or academic projects) is a plus
- Familiarity with workflow management tools (e.g., Jira or similar platforms) is a plus, particularly in the context of supporting structured processes or data tracking
- Prior experience working in a professional services, financial services, or private markets environment is a plus
