Analyst, Personal Property Tax

Analyst role in the Property Tax practice focusing on research and data processing. Responsible for researching asset ownership structures, title policy reviews, jurisdictional tax policies, processing tax bills and assessments, mail handling, and scanning. Builds and maintains databases to ensure data integrity, batches and transmits documents, and supports preparation for board hearings. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently or as part of a team, and communicate effectively with clients and jurisdictions. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected; only standard travel is noted.
