Job Summary
Develop and deliver capability initiatives to improve frontline performance and business outcomes by partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps, design relevant learning solutions, and ensure effective execution of capability programs. Create and curate content for training modules and learning journeys, manage relationships with external partners, drive digital and multi-mode learning delivery, support succession planning and coaching programs, monitor capability analytics and dashboards, and coordinate with Branch Leaders, ASMs, Sales Managers and HR partners to ensure successful execution across geographies. Travel extensively to support field coaching and capability deployment. Proactively manage governance, vendor relationships, and the adoption of capability technology solutions to enable continuous improvement across the sales organization.
