Job Summary
Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting responsibilities include designing and enhancing Power BI dashboards for HR and senior leaders, advancing AI-enabled insights and self-service analytics, and partnering across PA&R, Data & Analytics, and HR to ensure accurate, secure data and governance. The role involves prompt engineering exploration, building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, Snowflake data handling, SAP BO/SAP data warehouse support, requirements gathering, end-to-end project management, training and change management for end users, and collaboration with HR partners to deliver timely insights while maintaining data governance and privacy standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, psychology, or related degree with data analysis focus
- 1+ year of experience in data handling and using Power BI, Tableau or other BI tool
- Experience providing SAP Business Objects or similar data warehouse support (troubleshooting, testing)
- Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HR Data Systems
- Experience with Power BI & Snowflake
- Knowledge of HR practices, organizational models, and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong data compilation and analysis abilities
- Experience programming scripts (SQL or Python) to interrogate data
- Understanding of LLMs and AI-assisted analytics, including prompt engineering concepts
- Curiosity and adaptability for AI-enabled analytics
- Commitment to data confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate requests into well-defined requirements
- Team-oriented collaboration
