Analyst, Payment Operations

Analyst, Payment Operations responsible for monitoring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of cross-border payment flows, validating pricing and reconciliation, supporting partner integrations, and driving timely resolution of operational incidents. You’ll track high-value transactions and corridor performance, monitor SLAs, perform transaction-level pricing reconciliation against source data (FX, margins), maintain reconciliation trackers, support go-live validation for new integrations (APIs, wallet checks, test transactions), and investigate anomalies to identify root causes and implement workflow improvements. Strong SQL skills, analytical problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration with engineering on dashboards, alerting, and data workflows are required; familiarity with transaction monitoring, cross-border payments, and multi-currency systems is preferred. The role is based in Bangalore and requires regular in-office work.
