Analyst, Ortho SC Procurement (Jabil)

Analyst, Ortho SC Procurement (Jabil) at multiple U.S. and Switzerland sites. Core partner to the Manager, Ortho SC Procurement (Jabil) delivering operational, analytical, and governance support for DPS’ external manufacturing with Jabil. Executes high-volume, system-driven workflows (Appian/DOL) including POs, NPAs, and retained supplier pricing updates; ensures data integrity and timely processing. Supports pricing governance, data consolidation for pricing reviews and financial validation; builds structured datasets for pricing, governance, and negotiation prep. Provides analytical support for demand, inventory, and supply flow, including MPAs and inventory exposure; reconciles data for claims, excess & obsolescence, and maintains documentation. Tracks cost improvements and value realization pipelines, supports executive dashboards and reports, and contributes to continuous improvement of DOL/Appian workflows. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in procurement or data-driven roles; strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional collaboration; preferred experience with Appian or similar workflow platforms; prior exposure to MedTech/Orthopaedics or regulated manufacturing is advantageous. The role is available across Raynham, MA; Raritan, NJ; West Chester, PA (USA) and Zuchwil, Switzerland with hybrid work arrangements.
