Job Summary
Manage QTS' long-term liquidity forecasting, financing, and capital market activities by building underwriting models to evaluate complex asset-level and corporate-level financing structures. Provide analytical support for financing transactions through financial modeling, investor presentation preparation, and due diligence while engaging bankers, lawyers, and external stakeholders. Synthesize large data volumes to support the VP in executing capital raising alongside Blackstone and contribute to the company's long-term financial strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate, investment banking or capital markets at a top-tier financial institution or relevant in-house experience at a company
- Experience with executing financial transactions such as credit facilities, mortgage-secured loans and securitization
- Advanced proficiency in analytical and financial modeling including ability to build comprehensive models including integrated income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement from scratch
- Ability to organize teams, lead internal outreach and project manage inputs from various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Completion of major corporate, investment banking or capital markets training program with a leading financial institution
- Real Estate, Data Center or Capital Markets Experience
- Experience providing financial and analytical support to a fast-paced organization
- Proven history of being extremely self-motivated
- Proven history of being highly organized
- Proven history of being open communicators
- Eager to work in a fast-paced client focused entrepreneurial environment with limited formal structure
- Ability to organize, interpret, and draw appropriate conclusions from large volumes of data
- Ability to creatively present the information in a manner that enables non-financial managers to easily understand the information
