Analyst Operations

Analyst Operations – Renewal responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and executing Opportunity Analysis projects for Medline’s Renewal Division. Delivers insights on potential spend, savings, and cross-reference data to support Sales teams and customers. Performs cross-reference and quantity/pricing analysis, researches competitor information, builds item lists, applies conversion factors, determines sourcing (OEM, ReNewal, Competitor), and archives datasets in the scrub tool. Must have strong urgency, time management, and problem-solving, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and the ability to extract, analyze, and report on data accurately. The role emphasizes detail-oriented, independent work and meeting deadlines, with preferred exposure to SAP or other ERP systems and experience collaborating with U.S.-based teams in a global operations environment.
