Job Summary
Provide supervisory guidance and personnel support for the Cost Basis Department by delivering training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives. Address escalated questions independently while conducting operations process oversight on complex exception-based processes to ensure adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements. Identify needs for administrative improvements and technical tool customizations to support unusual business requirements, partnering with branch offices to solve problems and reduce risk. Analyze information to support department volume metrics, staffing models, and financial forecasts. Requires a 4-year degree and 5+ years of securities or banking experience with prior cost basis expertise. Full-time role in Minneapolis with a salary range of $55,000 - $95,000.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of securities, banking, technology and/or job specific industry experience
- 3+ years prior securities, banking, technology and/or job specific related industry experience
- Previous cost basis expertise
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced problem identification, analytical and resolution skills
- Securities license 7 or 99
Desired Qualifications
- Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Previous experience with cost basis
