Job Summary
Analyst, Operations responsibilities include monitoring, processing, controlling, confirming and settling daily ACH/RTP/Wire transactions; maintaining knowledge of traditional banking systems (debit/credit card issuing, processing, ACH, wires, ATM); identifying risks and issues across operational workflows; performing daily exception processing; monitoring exposure limits for originating partners; reviewing daily reports for returns and trends; providing client support to ODFIs/RDFIs and consumers; and managing ad hoc projects with cross-functional teams. Requires experience in ACH/RTP/Wire operations, knowledge of NACHA rules and Regulation E, strong analytical and communication skills, detail orientation, ability to handle multiple priorities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role is Hybrid with a Fort Lee, NJ location, and offers salary range $60,000–$80,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ACH, RTP, and Wire operations or a related payments/banking operations role
- Familiarity with NACHA Operating Rules and file mapping requirements
- Knowledge of Regulation E and its application to consumer rights and responsibilities
- Working knowledge of traditional banking systems (debit/credit card issuing, processing, ACH, wires, and ATM)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to assess the impact of critical incidents and communicate solutions to appropriate parties
- Experience conducting reviews and analysis to proactively identify technical tasks, issues, and risks
