Job Summary
Embed with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities for removing friction in commercial, supply, and manufacturing operations. Translate business needs into AI solutions by building agents, assistants, and automated workflows using approved platforms. Maintain the enterprise data ecosystem including Salesforce, PowerBI, and the data warehouse to support performance tracking and revenue forecasting for TREGZI. Manage supply chain logistics planning, courier coordination, and manufacturing throughput dashboards while tracking site activation metrics for treatment centers. Conduct market sizing and landscape research for pipeline programs to inform strategy and new product planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related scientific field (biology, biochemistry, public health, or similar)
- 0–2 years of experience; new graduates or those with 1–2 years in consulting or biopharma are welcome to apply
- Demonstrated interest in cell and gene therapy, through coursework, research, internships, or applied experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with comfort working across data and systems
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and genuine curiosity about applying them to real business problems
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to CRM/BI platforms (Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI) a plus, though not required
- Hands-on experience building with AI — prompt engineering, agent or workflow automation, light scripting (Python, SQL) — a strong plus
- Curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, launch-focused environment
