Job Summary
Execute daily modeling work including data processing, model adjustment, result validation, and ensure clean, robust, and meaningful results are delivered in response to commercial briefs. Identify and solve quality and statistical data issues throughout the project lifecycle while managing technical and statistical parts of analytical products. Collaborate closely with commercial managers to support initial project design, answer technical questions during results presentation to clients, and contribute to customized projects developing innovative solutions for functional and industry applications. Ensure projects meet high-quality standards and agreed timelines under guidance from senior analysts.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in statistics/maths related background
- Being familiar with Python
- Solid statistic knowledge
- capability to design new methodology
- Good understanding of frequently used Machine Learning Algorithm (e.g., decision tree, random forest, SVM, XGBOOST, network analysis, etc.)
- Good analytical skills

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge with R
- Knowledge with VBA
- Knowledge with SQL
- Visualization tool (e.g. Power BI)
- Experience using Spark/Pyspark
- Experience working with large data sets and distributed computing tools (Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, etc.)
- Experience using Arcgis or QGIS
- Experience in FMCG / Retail industry
