Job Summary
Manage systematic financial reporting and ad hoc requests, including monthly close, budget reviews, variance reporting, and draft billing. Provide timely reporting and draft bills to the media team, while reviewing key financial metrics to resolve issues proactively. Maintain accurate client billing and collection documentation, ensuring complete and formatted documents for manager review. Explain and translate financial reports to client teams and regional staff, and assist media planning teams with system setup for financially sound results. Oversee cash collection and application, manage signed documentation in approved databases, and ensure compliance with financial audit expectations. Think critically to adapt to new situations and foster positive relationships with clients and internal peers.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree (Finance, Accounting, or Business degrees preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance or Financial operations including familiarity with the digital media environment
- Proficiency of MS Office, especially in MS Excel using pivot tables is critical
- Possess the ability to translate finance to our non-financial partners
- Exceptional organizational skills, with strong focus on attention to detail and scrutinizing information
- Exceptional written and oral communication, and strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation
