Job Summary
Analyst, Measurement Success role supporting English- and Spanish-speaking clients across markets; manage bilingual advertising effectiveness research projects, deliver clear client communications, translate complex technical concepts for bilingual stakeholders, train customers on Cint’s measurement software, collaborate with Sales/Product/Support to drive product improvements, and ensure timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 1 to 3 years work experience in project management, customer success, account management, client services or related roles
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information simply
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Knowledge of Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Alchemer (preferred)
- Experience supporting clients or stakeholders across Latin American or Spanish-speaking markets (preferred)
- Remote work flexibility
