Job Summary
Lead the MES implementation and execution across manufacturing operations, configuring and supporting MES platforms (e.g., FunnelCloud), translating business requirements into MES concepts, and ensuring alignment with Magna IT standards. Drive enhancements, integrations with ERP systems (Epicor CMS, SAP), data integrity, real-time production metrics (OEE, downtime, scrap), and reporting (Power BI). Collaborate with plant stakeholders and IT to maintain system uptime, data consistency, and compliance with ISO/IATF standards; demonstrate ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in a senior-capacity role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in MES, manufacturing IT, or industrial systems (aligned to S09 senior level)
