Job Summary
Analyst, Loan Ops is responsible for processing transactions involving booking and servicing mortgage loans and commercial loans across Northern Trust’s businesses. The role involves identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines, using some initiative while routing more complex issues to supervisors or experts. Works effectively as part of a team and independently, aiming to become proficient across core aspects of the job and generating formal reports. A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience is preferred. Strong communication (oral and written), analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail, are essential.
