Job Summary
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ANALYTICS SUPPORT FOR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: Manage day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System, publish courses, manage users/permissions, troubleshoot learner issues, run reports, track completion data, analyze training effectiveness, and support program rollouts. Coordinate Leadership Development programs, maintain learning content, and provide operational support to the L&D team. Requires collaborative partnership with stakeholders, strong Excel/data reporting, and basic HR/learning theory knowledge; bachelor’s degree preferred and 1-2 years related experience. Base pay range $60k-$81k with bonus/equity eligibility. Based in Columbus, OH, with on-site responsibilities at the office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination or related field
- Hands-on experience managing a Learning Management System, or similar system
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- Foundational understanding of adult learning theory preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details accurately
- General knowledge of human resources practices, functions, and procedures
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills (Excel or similar tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
